Rate Structure
Effective December 1, 2009 the Board adopted a revised Schedule of Charges. Shown below are the Minimum Monthly Meter Charges and the Monthly Gallonage Rates. Separate schedules for standby service and fire protection are also in effect, and in most instances, they are integrated with the usage rate structure so that they establish a minimum bill for each customer based on meter size or size of fire flow connection.

Number of units charge will replace the meter size charge if the number of units charge is greater. Water customers with 1-6 units: $21.96 per unit; water customers with 7 or more units: $20.96 per unit.

SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGES
On April 1, 2009 the Board adopted the following System Development Charges. The System Development Charges are a onetime fee charged to each new service based on meter size. These charges shall apply to all new services within the Board’s service area.
